Rollers that move in four directions, not three
Most chairs move their rollers up, across and out. The fourth axis is depth: the One Pro 4D drives the rollers forward into the muscle and back out again, and you decide how far. Dial it back for a light evening session, push it forward when a shoulder has been locked up all week. Speed shifts with depth, so a deeper setting lands slower and heavier rather than simply harder.
One continuous rail from your neck to the backs of your thighs
The SL-track follows the natural S-curve of the spine, then keeps going — bending at the tailbone and running forward beneath the seat. That second stretch is the part most chairs skip, and it is where glute and hamstring tension actually sits. Nothing hands off halfway down your back.
Body scan first, massage second
Before the first pass, the chair maps where your shoulders, spine and hips actually are. Roller paths are built around that reading, so a 5′2″ frame and a 6′3″ frame get different geometry from the same program. Adjustable shoulder airbags widen or narrow to match, which is what keeps the neck work on your neck.
Zero gravity, then deeper still
Recline to the first zero-gravity stage and your knees come up level with your heart, which takes the load off the lumbar spine and lets the rollers reach vertebrae that stay compressed when you sit upright. The second stage goes further back for a near-flat position. Both are single-button presets.
Built to sit close to the wall
Space-saving technology slides the whole chair forward as the backrest drops, so the recline happens into the room rather than into the wall behind it. It means the chair fits in a bedroom or a finished basement, not only a room built around it.
Heat where the tension actually collects
Triple-action heating therapy warms the lumbar region, the seat and the feet. Warming tissue before and during the massage lets the rollers work deeper without the bracing reflex that cold muscle gives you — the same reason a physiotherapist reaches for a heat pack before hands-on work.
Hands and forearms get their own treatment
Arm paddles compress the forearms while rollers work the palms underneath — the part of the body that takes the most repetitive load and gets the least attention. If you spend your day on a keyboard, a steering wheel or a set of tools, this is the section you will notice.
Calves and feet, from knee to arch
The footrest extends automatically to your leg length, so your heels sit where the rollers expect them. Calf rollers work the muscle behind the shin while reflexology rollers press the arches underfoot, and 32 air cells squeeze in sequence up the legs to move circulation back toward the heart.
The controls sit where your hand already is
A dial and touch panel are set into the armrest for quick changes mid-session, with a detachable tablet remote for everything else — programs, intensity, individual airbag zones. The same armrest holds a wireless charging pad, and Bluetooth speakers sit in the headrest either side of your ears, so your phone charges beside you while the audio plays through the chair.

What makes a 4D chair different from a 3D one?
A 3D chair moves its rollers up, across and outward. A 4D chair adds control over how far the rollers travel into the muscle and how quickly they cycle — so the same program can run light or deep. In practice it is the difference between a massage that is applied to you and one you can actually tune.
Will it fit someone tall, or someone small?
The body scan builds roller paths around your measurements rather than a fixed template, the footrest extends to your leg length, and the shoulder airbags adjust inward and outward. The shoulder area measures 24 inches across and the seat 21.5 inches. Maximum user weight is 275 lb.
How much clearance does it need behind it?
Upright, the chair takes up 66 inches front to back. Fully reclined that extends to 75 inches — but because the seat slides forward as the backrest lowers, the extra length goes into the room rather than behind the chair, so it does not need the large rear gap an older recliner would.
Will it fit through my door?
It needs a 25.2-inch doorway. The chair arrives in sections and is assembled in the room it will live in, so 25.2 inches is the figure that matters — comfortably inside a standard 30-inch interior door. Assembled it measures 32 inches across, which is why it is put together in place. It weighs 291 lb, so plan on help moving it, or choose white-glove delivery and have it assembled for you.
Can I use my phone while I am in it?
There is a wireless charging pad built into the armrest and Bluetooth speakers in the headrest, so your phone can charge beside you while audio plays through the chair.
